Website Orders

Online orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), within 1-2 business days of order placement, unless indicated in the product description. Orders placed between 1pm EST Friday thru midnight EST Sunday will be processed the following Monday. On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event, we will contact you within one business day to gather the information we need to expedite the order. If we attempt to contact you and do not receive a response after five business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.


We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. International customers must use a valid international credit card. If the credit card cannot be verified as belonging to the person placing the order, the order will not be processed.


Sales tax will be charged when applicable.

Every attempt will be made to process and ship your order the day it's received, though at times it may take us up to two business days to create a shipment. We will email you when the order is shipped.

Our lowest cost shipping option is USPS Priority Mail. All US orders shipped via this option are normally delivered within 2-3 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.


If you just can?t wait and want your purchase to arrive sooner, you have the option to purchase express shipping. We ship UPS 2 day or next day. Standard rates apply.


For orders shipped outside the United States, the billing and shipping address must be the same. Shipping will be provided via USPS Priority Mail International. International orders are not guaranteed to ship the next business day because additional verification is often necessary. USPS states that most shipments are delivered within 6 to 10 business days. However, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please allow time for your package to clear customs. This may take from a couple of days to several weeks. International shipping fees range from $20 – $135 USD, depending on the country you live in, the shipping service you select, and the weight of your package.


Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of American law and the laws of most other countries. In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should it ever be discovered that we were misrepresenting the value. Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.

If your return/exchange meets all of the criteria above, you will be contacted by us once you submit your R.A. request at You will be provided with a pre-paid USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.*

To process your returns and exchanges, all merchandise must be returned to the fulfillment center. You will not be able to return online purchases to our store locations. The address is located on the pre-paid return label you will be provided with.

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.


If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please notify us via our return authorization request form at, within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise to ensure we will have a replacement in stock. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. We will email you a USPS label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt – with the condition that merchandise has not been worn or washed and has all tags attached (see acceptable criteria below).


If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, you can request an R.A. at We will then contact you by email to let you know where the new item is available. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria for an acceptable return (see below). Please make sure to note the exchange on the return form. We will ship color/size exchanges to you at our expense.


Unfortunately, due to the increased cost of international shipping, we do not offer international returns or exchanges.

Please be advised that items which do not conform to the above guidelines are not returnable. They will be returned to you at your expense.


Return Authorization (RA) number issued by must accompany all returns. To obtain an RA number, you can request one at Submit our online form, then we will issue a credit memo which will effectievly act as your RA number. (Please note that being issued an RA number does not guarantee automatic approval/credit of your return. Items are still subject to inspection.)

Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
